Following the destruction of the lab, Natsuki operated a successful crepe stand alongside his associate Tanaka by utilizing his stealth tech. He later resurfaced during the JCC arc, revealing his identity as an academy student.
Relationships
Natsuki is the older brother of Mafuyu Seba; his effort to recruit Mafuyu for his crepe business led to an altercation that accidentally left his younger brother sick with the flu. He was temporarily employed by Kashima for the lab infiltration. In combat, he fought against Shin Asakura and was brought down with assistance from the marksman Heisuke Mashimo. He also shares a working relationship with his colleague Tanaka, with whom he ran a crepe shop.
