Appearance

In her natural yokai form, Turbo Granny takes the shape of an elderly woman whose height spans between 120 centimeters and 5 meters. She features long white hair with crossed bangs falling between her eyes, alongside yellow or red eyes with colored sclera. She wears eyeglasses, earrings, jewelry, a shirt, shorts, and a red bow, and has long fingernails coated with nail polish. Following her seal, her consciousness resides inside a maneki-neko doll.

Personality

Turbo Granny is abrasive and extremely foul-mouthed, frequently addressing humans with harsh insults and threats. However, she also displays a deeply sympathetic side, having comforted the spirits of young girls who suffered tragic deaths in her territory. Even in her reduced doll form, she maintains a boastful, prickly demeanor while honorably abiding by her agreement to assist Ken Takakura.

Abilities

Turbo Granny can move at terrifying speeds, enabling her to appear unpredictably anywhere. She possesses the ability to cast curses that steal male genitals. After her defeat, her sealed supernatural power lodged within Ken Takakura, granting him his transformation ability. Even bound to a doll, she retains vast knowledge regarding yokai and spiritual phenomena.

Background

Turbo Granny originally frequented a tunnel in Shono City, comforting the tragic spirits of young girls while attacking male trespassers. Upon being defeated by Momo Ayase and Ken Takakura, her consciousness was sealed into a lucky cat doll by Seiko Ayase. She subsequently struck a deal to help recover Ken Takakura's missing items in exchange for regaining her powers.

Relationships

She forms a joint journey with Ken Takakura, whose body contains her lost powers, to track down his stolen attributes. She maintains a constant bickering dynamic with Momo Ayase while acting as her ally, and her current containment inside the cat doll was executed by Momo's grandmother, Seiko Ayase.

Trivia
