Millie has a cheerful, easygoing temperament and is rarely seen without a smile. She is keen on fashion and beauty, though her impulsive nature sometimes leads to insensitive remarks. Although she is highly interested in romance, her relationships tend to be short-lived. Despite her airheaded and lively exterior, she carries quiet sorrow from losing her father in the war at a young age, occasionally showing sadness when witnessing affectionate families.

Abilities

Millie is an ordinary municipal clerk with no combat or specialized skills. She lacks cooking proficiency, self-admittedly stating that her culinary abilities extend only to opening canned food.

Background

Millie works at Berlint City Hall alongside her co-workers. Having lost her father during the war when she was very young, she retains few distinct memories of him. Her workplace friends, Camilla and Sharon, have long been aware of her tragic family background.

Relationships

Millie works under Matthew McMahon at the city hall. While she initially joined her peers in looking down on Yor Forger, her relationship with Yor improved significantly after learning of Yor's marriage. She initially found Yor's younger brother, Yuri Briar, attractive upon seeing his photograph, but was immediately repulsed after learning of his extreme sister complex. She actively pursues Jones, a handsome new clerical recruit at the office, much to his confusion. She strongly dislikes her section chief due to his indecent glances at her shortened uniform.
