Background
Living in Tsutsujidai with her family, she runs a secondhand shop that inadvertently becomes the gathering place for the Gridman Alliance after the hyper agent inhabits the shop's old computer. Even when strange visitors like the Neon Genesis Junior High Students and later the Gauma Team frequent her shop, she seamlessly integrates them into her routine without prying into their bizarre circumstances.
Relationships
She shares a close, relaxed mother-daughter bond with Rikka Takarada. She acts as a welcoming maternal figure to Yuta Hibiki, Anti, and the Gauma Team. She quickly befriended Samurai Caliber, giving him a fond nickname upon their first meeting, and consistently looks after the Neon Genesis Junior High Students who linger around her shop. She resides with her husband, referred to as Rikka Papa.
Trivia
Her visual design and yellow eyeball earrings are a meta-reference to the character Midori Save-the-World from Space Patrol Luluco, created by the same animation studio. Some of her iconic dialogue in the series originated as voice actor ad-libs that prompted additional animation frames to be drawn.
