Background

Having experienced bullying during her early childhood, Yuriko became an ardent fan of Electro Wave Human Tackle after her father introduced her to Kamen Rider Stronger. When she accidentally watched the tape depicting Tackle's death in her first year of elementary school, she suffered such intense grief that she became bedridden for a week due to severe dehydration. Encouraged by her father to become Tackle's successor, she received a homemade suit from him and overcame her loss. From that day forward, she relentlessly trained in martial arts to prepare for the inevitable arrival of Shocker, eventually stepping onto the battlefield when news of Shocker's emergence surfaced.

Relationships

Her father, Shigeo Okada, guided her toward inheriting Tackle's legacy during her youth. She shares a bond of mutual respect with Tanzaburou Toujima, who acknowledges her heroic passion as equal to his own dedication to Kamen Rider. During a strength contest within the anti-Shocker alliance, Yuriko defeated Mitsuba Shimamura in combat, causing Hitoha Shimamura to become enamored with her striking and chivalrous aura.
