He dislikes being looked down on as a child, and occasionally shows his age by worrying about cram school even while managing heroic duties.

He fights using custom high-tech gadgets stored in his backpack. His arsenal includes the Mini Octopus Tank No. 8 for area defense, Dogman No. 22 for decoy and toxin analysis, and Cerberus formed by combining multiple Dogman units. His ultimate weapon is Brave Giant, a powerful giant mecha with an operational time limit capable of unleashing the Millennium Emperor Nova attack. Despite relying on technology, his physical attributes and reflexes are remarkably high for his age, allowing him to use close-combat strikes and dodge high-velocity attacks.

Originally serving as an assistant to the S-Class hero Metal Knight, he joined the Hero Association out of admiration for the S-Class Rank 1 hero Blast. He took charge of tactical planning during major operations such as the raid on the Monster Association. Later, he parts ways with the Hero Association to join NEO HEROES.
Relationships
He worked as an assistant to Metal Knight (Dr. Bofoi) prior to becoming an independent hero. His decision to join the association was inspired by his admiration for Blast. During tactical operations, he frequently coordinates with other S-Class heroes, including Zombieman.

When measured by an in-universe physical power assessment mask, his raw physical rating registered at 1800, surpassing the score of 1600 held by the A-Class hero Stinger.
