Laevatain was dispatched to Endfield Industries under a corporate agreement following the direct recommendation of the Endministrator. As a Re-traveler derived from Surtr, she possesses her own independent consciousness despite her origins as a clone of an amnesiac person. Combining high solo combat capacity with team coordination, she operates as a 6-star Scorching Assault unit.

Appearance

Laevatain features fiery red hair paired with a brave and intense facial expression. She wears shackle-like ring ornaments on her body and arms, and she carries a sword into battle.

Personality

Though her fiery presence and strong solo capabilities initially give off an intimidating impression, Laevatain is actually an attentive listener and an adept team coordinator. Her straightforward and honest nature occasionally causes minor misunderstandings, and she sometimes brings up cryptic topics—such as the threat of demons—that confuse those around her. Despite thriving in severe cold environments, she has a huge sweet tooth for ice cream and desserts, frequently displaying a lighter, humorous side.

Activating her ultimate technique, Ragnarok, places her in an empowered state where her attacks rapidly accumulate Blazing stacks to maximize her offensive strength. During standard operations, tactical support from allies like Wolfguard helps optimize her buff building.

Background

Authorized by the Rhodes Island medical operator Warfarin, Laevatain spent years executing solitary field missions in harsh northern regions. Despite her complex status as a Re-traveler derived from Surtr, she pursues her path with a self-determined mindset. In the prequel comic Promise, set before the Endministrator awakened, she visited Endfield Industries and handed ice cream to Perlica. Her internal struggles and journey are explored in her story scenario, Become Ash, Remnants of Memory.

Laevatain is the Re-traveler derived from Surtr, connecting her directly to Surtr's history.
