Perlica

Overview

Perlica is a main heroine in Arknights: Endfield and a Liberi who serves as the Supervisor and official spokesperson for Endfield Industries. A brilliant engineer in charge of developing and applying Protocol Tech and managing the O.M.V. Dijiang, she functions as the de facto second-in-command of the organization, acting as a reliable guide and right-hand figure for the newly awakened Administrator.

Appearance

Perlica has long blond hair with silver-grey tones, blunt bangs, blue eyes, and feather-like avian ears. Her outfit consists of a white sleeveless dress with bare shoulders, worn under an open, off-shoulder white jacket. She wears black gloves and black pantyhose, carrying a specialized Arts Unit into battle.

Personality

Composed, serious, and deeply rational, Perlica handles crises with calm proficiency while maintaining a gentle demeanor around others. Despite her quiet exterior, she hides a passionate foodie side—possessing a boundless appetite that never affects her weight—and secretly enjoys high-speed motorcycle driving across rough terrain.

Abilities

Fighting as a 5-star Electromagnetic Caster, Perlica utilizes a custom Arts Unit to call down lightning strikes, dealing electromagnetic damage and inflicting Electro-Infusion (Shock) on targets. Her Combo Skill triggers seamlessly upon allies' heavy attacks, granting high utility as both a supporter and sub-DPS. Engineering-wise, her work on Protocol Tech enables non-adapted individuals to utilize Arts.

Background

Rescued from war by the Administrator as a child, Perlica brought her extraordinary engineering talent to the Dijiang, quickly becoming a key researcher for integrated industrial systems. When the Administrator entered deep sleep after a polar expedition, she overcame immense personal loss and pressure, working tirelessly for ten years to maintain Endfield Industries until their eventual reunion.

Relationships

Perlica shares a profound bond with the Administrator, acting as a supportive right hand and guide through their memory loss. She maintains a close personal and professional trust with Chen Qianyu, whom she recommended to the company, and works closely alongside M3 on system adjustments.

Trivia

In a notable opening scene, she offers the newly awakened Administrator a whole, peeled apple. Her name and Liberi heritage are thought to be derived from 'perliczka,' the Polish word for guineafowl.
