Mi Fu

Overview

Mi Fu is a character in Arknights: Endfield. She is a female Sarkaz warrior who serves as the Captain of the Wuling City Patrol under the Hongshan Academy, acting as a key subordinate to Zhoan Fangyi. Originally hailing from Qingbo Fort, she now maintains law and order in Wuling City and is revered as one of its top combatants. Driven by loyalty to her friends and a desire to test her strength against powerful foes, she embarks on an exchange program with Endfield Industries.

Appearance

Mi Fu is a Sarkaz woman who possesses a pair of horns on her head and a thick, furry tail. She is distinguished visually by a sharp gaze and an unreadable, stoic facial expression. For combat, she equips a pair of gauntlets outfitted with a pilebunker-style ejection mechanism.

Personality

Although her sharp eyes and distant expression give her a cold initial impression, Mi Fu is a passionate and deeply caring leader. As a strict yet protective supervisor, she earns high respect from her team while being beloved by local children. She exhibits a hot-blooded martial artist persona, often relying on force to deal with trouble. A regular customer at local glutinous rice ball stalls, she places supreme value on two types of people: worthy rivals who spark her fighting spirit, and cherished friends for whom she will risk her life.

Abilities

Mi Fu is a powerful physical combatant categorized as a Guard who wields greatswords, inheriting traditional Qingbo martial arts and holding second place on Wuling City's civilian combat ranking. She utilizes a pair of gauntlets featuring a pilebunker-like ejection mechanism, combining brute strength with devastating impact. Her combat endurance allows her to stand firm on the frontlines without backing down even when confronted by the erosion tide.

Background

Originally a resident of Qingbo Fort, Mi Fu clashed with Zhoan Fangyi repeatedly until Zhoan won her over with a skewer of glutinous rice balls, leading her to become the patrol captain of Wuling City. Positioned between her current duty and her past home, she frequently exercises leniency toward Qingbo raiders to manage ongoing tensions. After meeting the Endfield Manager during a supply depot incident, she guided them to Wuling City and subsequently joined an exchange program with Endfield Industries to aid her allies and seek out tough opponents.

Relationships

Mi Fu serves directly under Zhoan Fangyi, respectfully addressing her superior as boss. Her childhood friend Tangtang considers her a traitor for leaving Qingbo Fort, resulting in a heated rivalry marked by harsh insults, though a foundation of mutual concern remains. She acts as a demanding instructor and supportive leader to her subordinate Lifeng, while offering reliable assistance to the Endfield Manager and their companions.

Trivia

Her surname, Mi, is a rare Chinese family name primarily found in Dezhou, Shandong Province. Because of her visual combination of prominent horns and a bushy tail, players initially speculated that her design was based on a Qilin before official profiles confirmed her race as Sarkaz. She noticeably struggles with textual typing on communication terminals, frequently resorting to voice-to-text input that accidentally records military commands and contains frequent typographical errors.
