Lisbeth is bright, outgoing, and acts as a natural mood-maker among her companions. Although she originally masked her emotional struggles behind a pleasant facade in the real world, her experiences in the death game helped her find her true strength. She is deeply compassionate and unselfish, choosing to suppress her romantic feelings for Kirito out of devotion to her best friend Asuna. She often takes on a protective, older-sisterly role toward Silica.
Abilities
Lisbeth is a master blacksmith capable of crafting high-tier weapons, most notably forging Kirito's sword, Dark Repulser. Alongside her crafting skills, she is a proficient mace wielder in combat. Background
Trapped in SAO at fifteen, Lisbeth initially struggled with fear before overcoming her anxiety to establish a successful blacksmith shop. When Kirito came to her seeking a powerful weapon, she joined him on a quest to gather rare dragon-nest materials, falling in love with him along the way. Upon realizing the strong bond between Kirito and Asuna, she graciously stepped aside. After surviving SAO, she attends the school for survivors and continues playing VRMMOs.
Relationships
Lisbeth forms a deep romantic attachment to Kirito after their shared adventure, though she conceals it for the sake of her best friend, Asuna. Her friendship with Asuna is central to her character, prompting her to look out for the couple. She is also very close with Silica, often taking on a supportive role alongside her in their shared friend group.
Trivia
Her avatar's pink hair and waitress-like apron outfit were originally suggested by Asuna, who argued that heavy, rugged blacksmith attire would not suit her youthful face. The makeover significantly boosted her shop's sales.
