Appearance
He typically wears a white mask covering the upper half of his face, often paired with a hat or hood that conceals his hair. Beneath the mask, he has short dark brown hair, light facial hair, and light green or golden eyes. A spring-like curl protrudes near the nape of his neck. His attire includes military-style garments, hats, long sleeves, gloves, and a robe.
Personality
He is energetic, passionate, and exceptionally friendly, with a flair for taking in new things and adapting them to his own fashion. Though cheerful and hospitable toward tourists, he can be obstinate at times. He has a great love for baths and is an extreme gourmet with a massive sweet tooth, enjoying intensely sweet desserts and coffee packed with heavy amounts of sugar.

He maintains very friendly relations with Japan (Kiku Honda) due to past assistance. He acts warmly toward Northern Cyprus as a younger relative figure, and participates in the W Academy Gourmet Club alongside China (Wang Yao) and France (Francis Bonnefoy).
