Overview
Selune's Elegy is an Ice-type ELF (Equipment: Living Form) appearing in the action game Honkai Impact 3rd and its spin-off anime series ELF Academy. Presenting herself with the refined grace of a high-society lady, she strives to maintain an air of noble elegance.
Appearance
She has long white hair, blue eyes, and a petite build. Her head is adorned with a black top hat decorated with blue roses and ribbons. She wears a black and blue gothic-style dress accompanied by black pantyhose, and carries a large, ornate scythe that dwarfs her frame.
Personality
She possesses a proud, ojou-sama persona, holding high regard for sophistication and quiet tea times. Despite her attempt to remain composed, she is easily flustered by the chaotic antics of those around her. She also exhibits a subtle chuunibyou streak, occasionally adopting grandiose phrasing.
Abilities
She functions as an Ice-type combat unit, wielding her massive scythe to execute wide-reaching icy strikes against enemies.
Background
Originating as an ELF from a bubble world, she spends her days alongside various other living armaments. Though she seeks a tranquil lifestyle, she constantly finds herself drawn into everyday mishaps caused by her peers.
Relationships
She interacts regularly with fellow ELFs such as Blood Embrace, Sirin, and Ruuo Water, often playing the sensible figure attempting to keep peace amidst their disruptive behavior.
Trivia
Her official Chinese title translates to Xiaoyue Zhenhunged (晓月镇魂歌). Her dramatic gothic aesthetics contrast humorously with her easily rattled demeanor.
