She wears a dynamic blue and white sleeveless dress featuring a short skirt, detached sleeves that flip into heart shapes from wind pressure when punching, and long white thigh-high boots.
Personality
Minerva is quick-tempered and wears her heart on her sleeve, hating all forms of conflict. Her anger stems from a deep frustration with world suffering and the pain inflicted on living beings. She acts blunt and harsh while forcefully healing people, yet she is remarkably vulnerable to genuine gratitude and quickly grows embarrassed when thanked.
Abilities
Through the Authority of Wrath, any physical strike Minerva delivers—such as punches, kicks, or headbutts—instantly heals the target rather than harming them. This ability can restore severe injuries, lost limbs, and overwrite persistent effects like the Divine Protection of the Grim Reaper, though it cannot cure diseases or curses. However, her power siphons mana directly from the Od Laguna, unintentionally triggering catastrophic natural disasters around the globe.
Background
Originally traveling the world to stop conflicts on her own, Minerva despaired over her powerlessness until her grief turned into sheer rage, awakening her authority. She dedicated her life to healing wounded people across battlefields. However, the environmental destruction caused by her mana extraction turned her into a feared figure among authorities, and she eventually died after falling into a targeted trap.
Relationships
Minerva repeatedly intervenes to heal Natsuki Subaru whenever he is injured in Echidna's realm, displaying a tsundere demeanor. Despite being consumed by Satella centuries ago, she harbors no ill will toward Satella and continues to treat her with warmth. She also shares close bonds with her fellow Witches of Sin, including Typhon and Echidna.
Trivia
Her name originates from Minerva, the goddess of war and wisdom in Roman mythology. Her habit of suddenly appearing to heal injured bystanders led her to be colloquially referred to as a street-healer.
