Sylphy lacks personal combat abilities, but her body was previously exploited by Regulus Corneas through his authority known as Little King, which parasitically embedded his secondary heartbeat alongside her own. Following her rescue, she demonstrates impressive domestic capabilities, thoroughly cleaning and managing the Roswaal Mansion, including its entrance hall and reception rooms.
Background
Sylphy was forcibly captured by Regulus Corneas and designated as Wife No. 184, acting as a caretaker for the newly captured Emilia in the Water Gate City of Priestella. When Emilia acknowledged her humanity and requested her real name, Sylphy broke her long-held emotional restraint, reclaimed her name, and rallied the other wives. To neutralize Regulus's invulnerability, she agreed to be frozen into suspended animation by Emilia. After the battle, she formally divorced her captor, took the surname Ermart, and gained employment as a maid at the Roswaal Mansion.

Emilia: Her savior who asked for her name and freed her from captivity. Sylphy reposes absolute loyalty and profound affection in her, considering her the sole master of her heart. Regulus Corneas: Her former captor and forced husband. She harbored immense hatred toward him along with the other wives, officially severing ties with him after his defeat. Trivia
Prior to her liberation, she held the forced married name Sylphy Corneas before adopting her current name, Sylphy Ermart. During the events in Priestella, she demonstrated extraordinary resolve by picking up a glass shard to end her life to dismantle Regulus's authority, though she was saved when Emilia frozen her instead.
