Background
Upon entering Tracen Academy, Rice Shower threw herself into grueling long-distance turf battles. In the Kikka-sho, she defeated Mihono Bourbon, shattering her rival's bid for an undefeated Triple Crown; however, the audience's disappointment produced mixed reactions rather than celebratory cheers. She later thwarted Mejiro McQueen's consecutive title streak at the Spring Tenno Sho, solidifying her reputation as the "Black Assassin." Despite being treated as a villain who disrupted historic records, she refused to relinquish her dedication, eventually winning over spectators through her heroic perseverance.

Trivia
The dark blue mini-hat Rice Shower wears is named "Oryza," derived from the botanical genus name for cultivated rice. The color scheme of her signature racing uniform—combining navy, wine red, and brown—directly references the racing silks worn by the real-world racehorse's owner. Furthermore, she participated in the in-universe musical media unit "BoC'z" under the stage name Oryza.
