Hailing from England, he is a refined gentleman who earns his living as a professional bouncer for wealthy aristocrats, distinguishing himself through his polished demeanor and dual-stick fighting art. After making his initial debut as a mid-boss in the original Street Fighter, he resurfaced fourteen years later in Capcom vs. SNK 2 and subsequent updated versions of Street Fighter Alpha 3, traveling across the globe to seek out more sophisticated duels.

Appearance

Eagle is a tall male character distinguished by his blonde hair and elegant British formal attire, which consists of a crisp white shirt paired with suspenders, a bowtie, and dress slacks. In combat, he maintains his suave appearance while constantly carrying two short sticks as his signature weapons.

Personality

While Eagle maintains polite language and refined manners, he demonstrates a cold and stoic side during battle. He despises ungentlemanly behavior and possesses high culture and sharp insight. However, he explicitly lacks interest in women and frequently directs flirtatious remarks and intense gazes toward muscular male opponents, leaving many rival fighters uncomfortable.

Abilities

Eagle is a master of stick-fighting martial arts who dual-wields two short sticks in combat. He utilizes a cold, precise fighting style that relies entirely on his refined weaponry techniques. Beyond his martial prowess, he is an accomplished golfer who boasts a handicap of zero.

Background

Hailing from England, Eagle works as a professional bouncer employed by wealthy aristocrats. In the original tournament, he was hired to defeat Sagat but failed. Afterwards, he traveled the world in search of more refined combat. Hearing rumors of Sagat joining Shadaloo, he investigated their facility, eventually working alongside Guile to rescue Charlie Nash.

Relationships

Eagle maintains a long-standing acquaintance with Sagat, whose movements he actively tracks. He acknowledges Guile's military strength and later becomes a comrade-in-arms with him and Charlie Nash. He criticizes M. Bison's thirst for power as vulgar and scolds Adon for disrespecting his master, while expressing admiration for Guy's refined ninjutsu.

Trivia

Eagle experienced a fourteen-year gap between his debut in the original Street Fighter and his return in Capcom vs. SNK 2. In Capcom vs. SNK 2, special pre-match intro animations occur when he faces Zangief or Chang Koehan. His favorite food is roast beef.
