Larsa Ferrinas Solidor is a key character from Final Fantasy XII and its related titles. He is the twelve-year-old fourth prince of the Archadian Empire and second in line to the throne. Background

Larsa first encounters Vaan and his companions in the Lhusu Mines under the alias Lamont. Seeking to prevent a catastrophic war between empires over the nethicite, he reaches out to Princess Ashe and travels to Mt Bur-Omisace to broker peace. Although he initially holds unwavering trust in his elder brother Vayne, he eventually recognizes Vayne's dangerous methods and stands against him at the Sky Fortress Bahamut. Following the conflict, Larsa ascends to the throne as the sole surviving member of House Solidor and achieves peace with Dalmasca.

Relationships

Vayne Caradas Solidor is his elder brother, whom Larsa respected until forced to oppose his extreme actions. He forms bonds of trust with Penelo, Vaan, and Ashe Asnalia Dalmasca despite their opposing nations. Following the loss of Judge Magister Gabranth, Basch von Ronsenburg takes up his fallen brother's armor to serve as Larsa's loyal protector.

Trivia

Due to his original gameplay mechanics on the PlayStation 2 where he used healing items without depleting the player's inventory, he earned the affectionate fan nickname 'Hi-Potion Prince.' He also makes appearances in spin-off titles such as Final Fantasy XII: Revenant Wings.
