Appearance
He has cyan hair styled into twin bun topknots and light blue-green eyes. He wears pants with bandages wrapped around parts of his body and wields a staff known as a Nyoibo in battle.

He is a fiercely competitive warrior who lives for the exhilaration of high-stakes battle against powerful foes. Preferring direct confrontation over self-preservation, he carries a deep sense of loneliness stemming from his supreme strength, yet remains exceptionally calm and analytical during combat.
Abilities
His cursed energy behaves like electricity, allowing him to apply a positive charge to a target and release a negative charge for a guaranteed, armor-piercing lightning strike without deploying a domain. He can route charges through his staff, create toxic chlorine gas via seawater electrolysis, and use Hollow Basket to neutralize domain sure-hit effects. His single-use Cursed Technique, Mythical Beast Amber, transforms his body into various electrical phenomena to surpass human limits, though it results in total physical destruction once deactivated.
Background
Four hundred years ago in the early Edo period, an aging and sick Kashimo contracted with Kenjaku to reincarnate in the future to challenge Ryomen Sukuna. Upon reviving in the Culling Game, he defeated numerous opponents in Tokyo Colony No. 2 and added a rule revealing player data. After a fierce duel against Kinji Hakari, he allied with Jujutsu High on the condition that he would face Sukuna. Following Satoru Gojo's defeat, he immediately rushed into the battlefield and unleashed his ultimate technique against Sukuna.
Relationships
He reincarnated through a contract made with Kenjaku four centuries ago. After an intense clash with Kinji Hakari in the Culling Game, he formed an alliance with him in exchange for a guaranteed battle against Ryomen Sukuna. He eventually achieved his desired clash with Sukuna, engaging in a philosophical exchange about strength and love. In his original era he heard of Ryu Ishigori but never fought him, and in the present he defeated Panda.
Trivia
His surname Kashimo is an extremely rare real-world Japanese family name, believed to be derived from thunder-related terms and Kashima Shrine. The scientific depiction of seawater electrolysis during his duel with Hakari was supervised by a professional science consultant.
