She carries a quiet, lethargic, and downer demeanor, rarely showing intense emotion. While she dislikes sweet foods, she is an exceptionally heavy drinker and was a long-time smoker. She frequently exhibits a sharp tongue, bluntness, and casual disrespect toward her former classmates Satoru Gojo and Suguru Geto, yet she is fundamentally deeply compassionate. During her time as a student at Tokyo Metropolitan Curse Technical College, she spent her youth alongside Satoru Gojo and Suguru Geto. After graduating, she passed the national medical examination and acquired her doctor's license at an extraordinary pace. Due to her rare healing gifts, she became perpetually overworked, dealing with constant casualties and autopsies. Throughout major conflicts such as the Shibuya Incident and the Shinjuku Showdown, she remained steadfast behind the front lines, directing medical care for injured sorcerers.

Relationships

Satoru Gojo and Suguru Geto were her classmates at Jujutsu Tech. Despite exasperation at their behavior, she shared a strong bond with them and remained one of Gojo's few true confidants after Geto's defection. She maintains a close friendship with her senior Utahime Iori, who persuaded her to quit smoking for a five-year period. Masamichi Yaga was her former classroom teacher. She also acts as a dependable senior and doctor to younger figures like Yuji Itadori, Megumi Fushiguro, and Kiyotaka Ijichi.
