Aemeath

Overview

Aemeath is a playable Fusion-attribute Resonator in Wuthering Waves who wields a sword in combat. Formerly a candidate pilot for the Exostrider at the Startorch Academy, an incident years ago rendered her a digital ghost lacking a physical body. Online, she is known under the pseudonym Fleet Snowfluff and presents a cheerful, outgoing persona. Despite her lively demeanor as a campus figure with numerous hobbies, she silently carries a heavy resolve to protect those she cares about.

Appearance

Aemeath has pink hair styled in a ponytail, golden eyes containing four-pointed stars, and a single thin hair strand standing at the top of her head. A light blue hair clip shaped like a wing accents her fringe, and a light blue ring with a wing-like motif and a pink star sits behind her head. Her pilot suit, named Unseen Star, features a open-shoulder white design revealing her chest, which bears a heart-shaped Tacet Mark. A heart brooch—half pink and half light blue—rests near her midriff. She wears a stand-up collar, detached sleeves, and white high-heeled boots. Her left thigh is fitted with a thick gold ring emitting green light over long tights, while her right thigh has a white band with a golden star over bare skin. Short white pleated accents and semi-transparent gradient tailcloths extend from her waist. As a digital ghost, her body constantly flickers with digital noise and luminescent details.

Personality

On the surface, Aemeath displays a bright, bubbly, and charming personality. She enthusiastically embraces popular trends, enjoys creative hobbies such as singing and pixel art, and acts as a lively, charismatic presence among students. Beneath this cheerful facade, however, lies a deeply selfless nature driven by intense devotion to the Rover, who rescued her during her childhood. She harbors a strong desire to act as a savior and relieve the Rover of their burdens, even at great personal sacrifice. While she harbors a severe fear of lightning due to childhood trauma, she possesses a fierce inner resolve when facing hardship.

Abilities

Through her Resonance Ability, Faraway Voyage's Starlight, Aemeath manifests and merges with her pilot gear into a Mecha Scout form. Upon awakening, she is enveloped by six pure white wings, transforming into a Seraph-like entity plated in pearl white, silver, dark gray, and illuminated gold framing with wing decorations on the head, shoulders, and waist. In combat, she wields a sword and glides through the air as bright light. Following her physical loss, her frequency-based nature allows her to process complex information similarly to a multi-threaded system.

Background

Born in Rahailo to a scholar father and a Royan mother, Aemeath lost her parents to a Void Storm during childhood. She was rescued near Lake Ginnungagap by the Rover, with whom she lived alongside as family. She later enrolled in Startorch Academy. Over a decade ago, when the sealed Tacet Discord Aleph-1 threatened to break free, she piloted the Exostrider despite an incomplete synchronization rate. The resulting overclock destroyed her physical body, turning her into a digital ghost. Existing only as a frequency-based being, she continues to haunt the academy while secretly accumulating power to protect the world.

Relationships

Aemeath shares a profound, familial bond with the Rover, who rescued and raised her after she lost her parents. Her deep devotion to the Rover drives her desire to shoulder their heavy fate and protect them at all costs. Conversely, she holds intense hostility toward Aleph-1, the Tacet Discord responsible for her physical demise, remaining determined to keep it sealed.

Trivia

Her online moniker and associated pixel artwork take visual inspiration from the Snowfluff Seal, a white seal native to the Royan ice fields that she used to play with as a child. Additionally, she remains fond of the video game series Space Fantasy Katia, particularly Katia VI, which she spent countless hours playing alongside the Rover.
