Mortefi commands the Fusion element in combat, wielding dual pistols and high-temperature flames. His Resonance ability, Red Dragon's Roar, matches frequencies close to an extinct red dragon species and manifests as surging flames along his arms. Basic attacks and his Resonance Skill Passionate Variation build his rage meter; at full energy, the skill upgrades to Furious Fugue to unleash a dense flame-lightning assault. His Resonance Liberation, Violent Finale, grants the Rhapsody of Wings state to the party, triggering coordinated Fortissimo attacks whenever allies deal basic or heavy damage. Additionally, his Outro Skill amplifies the heavy attack damage of the next incoming character.
