Appearance
Hiyuki has long, grayish-white hair bound high with red ribbons and hair ornaments, vivid red eyes, and a mole beneath her left eye. She wears a modified white-and-red miko outfit with a black sash, exposed shoulders and arms, and a red hakama. Her Tacet Mark is situated on her upper leg.
Personality
She possesses a calm demeanor paired with profound compassion and a strong sense of responsibility. Willing to bear the burdens of others, she seeks to end the tragic cycle of the miko fate with her own generation. Despite her reserved nature, she displays unique quirks, such as an indifferent palate toward food and a tendency to create origami summons that do not look as intended.
Abilities
Her Forte allows her to foresee future possibilities and borrow combat prowess from her potential future selves. In battle, she combines dual blades and a bow during her normal state to build resources, transforming into a powered-up state via Resonance Liberation to execute wide-range slashes and freeze movements.

Raised by the previous miko in Ashinohara, Hiyuki inherited the sacred bell Shouen along with the duty to protect her homeland. To spare future generations from the same fate, she continues to fight while affiliated with the Lahai Roi Special Task Force and discreetly aiding students around Startorch Academy.
Relationships
She holds deep gratitude toward the predecessor miko who cared for her in her youth, treasuring the hair ornaments passed down to her. The students at Startorch Academy revere her as a guardian figure, and former colleagues from her task force helped adapt her traditional attire.
