Denia is a 5-star Fusion Resonator utilizing an Amplifier in Wuthering Waves. On the surface, she is a student at St. Torch Academy's Void Matter Department, popular for her gentle smile, relaxed demeanor, and tendency to doze off. In reality, she is an artificial vessel created by the Fractsidus operating as an undercover spy. In battle, she functions as a specialized sub-DPS supporting specific modalities such as Detonate and Cohesion, capable of drawing in enemies and executing extremely quick skill rotations to buff her team.

Appearance

Denia possesses two distinct forms. In her primary form, she has long pink hair with cyan gradient tips, droopy light blue eyes, an ahoge, and a black hairpiece shaped like interconnected figures. Her hair features a large white wing-like ribbon and black ribbon on the side, with thick drill curls in the back. She wears a black-and-white off-the-shoulder fishtail dress, a black choker, a chest seal wrapped in gold chains, wide ruffled sleeves, red gloves, and carries a tattered teddy bear named Trickster at her waist. A mole is located on her left thigh. In her alternate form, her eyes turn magenta, and a glowing blue-purple ring halo appears above her head. Her outfit shifts to dark navy, the chest seal breaks to reveal a dark Tacet Mark, and her drill hair glows with a cosmic texture. Eerie blue-purple hand markings spread across her arms and legs, and she wears simple black short boots.

Outwardly, Denia presents a sleepy, mild-mannered, and friendly persona with a carefully calculated smile, easily winning over those around her. She holds a dark perspective on sleep, treating it as practice for death due to her traumatic past. Denia is an artificial Resonator created by the Fractsidus as an experimental vessel to control dangerous powers. The name Denia was the sole gift she received from her origins, which she holds onto to define her identity. Subjected to harsh experiments in her past, she entered St. Torch Academy as a undercover agent, pretending to be a lazy yet helpful student. However, her interactions with Sigrica, Nastasya, and the Rover slowly reshape her outlook, allowing her to experience genuine warmth and seek her own purpose beyond being an asset for her creators.

Relationships

She shares a deep friendship with Sigrica, addressing each other by affectionate nicknames and caring deeply for her innocent nature despite her heavy destiny. She respects Nastasya as a kind senior who genuinely worried for her, keeping the farewell gift she received close to her heart. Denia harbors immense hatred toward Nivola, the head of the organization who viewed her as a disposable tool. Though initially resentful of the Rover, she comes to trust them completely after receiving unconditional acceptance.
