A Pro Hero appearing in My Hero Academia, whose real name is Yu Takeyama. Utilizing her Quirk, Gigantification, she rapidly established herself as a high-profile hero shortly after her debut. Alongside fellow Pro Heroes Edgeshot and Kamui Woods, she operates as a key member of the hero group known as Team Lurkers, taking part in major frontline operations.

Appearance

Standing at a base height of 162 centimeters, she expands to 2062 centimeters when using her power. She features long blonde hair and purple eyes. Her outfit consists of a skin-tight bodysuit and an eye-covering domino mask that incorporates horns on her head.

Personality

She is an ambitious and attention-seeking individual motivated by fame and financial gain, often using her catchphrase 'Kitakore.' While she can act cheeky around colleagues, she deals flexibly with the public and constantly frets over the financial damage her fights cause to urban infrastructure. Despite her self-centered moments, she possesses genuine heroic pride and will put her own safety at risk to shield others.

Abilities

Her Quirk, Gigantification, allows her to scale her body size by roughly thirteen times, growing from 162 centimeters to over twenty meters. Because she cannot make fine adjustments to her size, operating in restricted city spaces runs a high risk of collateral destruction. In her giant form, her physical strikes exert tremendous force. Her signature techniques include Canyon Cannon, a flying kick performed while giant, and Titan Cliff, where she uses her massive frame as a physical shield.

Background

Hailing from Hokkaido, she garnered immediate attention on the first day of her debut by apprehending a villain. As her career progressed, she took on U.A. High School students for internship training. She participated in major conflict zones, including the Kamino Ward incident and the war against the Paranormal Liberation Front, developing into a resilient veteran over time through numerous dangerous encounters.

Relationships

She frequently partners with Kamui Woods, leading to persistent public rumors regarding their relationship, and works alongside him and Edgeshot in Team Lurkers. During school work experience programs, she mentored U.A. High School student Minoru Mineta, and later hosted Denki Kaminari, Hanta Sero, and Ibara Shiozaki during winter internships.

Trivia

In early conceptual stages, she was envisioned as a student named Yu Takeyama meant to serve as the series' main heroine, but her role was reworked into a Pro Hero because her initial character draft felt too somber. Outside of her hero duties, she serves as the brand image model for a hair care product line called Lady Hair.
