Appearance
Kan Sekijiro is a towering, muscular man standing 194 centimeters tall with short white hair and red eyes. Distinctive physical features include fangs protruding from his lower jaw and a cross-shaped scar on his left cheek. His Pro Hero costume incorporates a series of blood-circulating tubes routed along his body, leading into gauntlets designed to discharge and manipulate his blood.
Personality
Vlad King is an intensely passionate and hot-blooded educator who deeply treasures the students of Class 1-B. He harbors a strong rival consciousness toward Class 1-A, often exhibiting overt bias toward his own class during joint combat training. Despite his fierce pride and biased commentary, he possesses a solid sense of judgment and can smoothly transition into a composed, objective mindset when needed. When drinking alcohol, he becomes a tearful drunk who passionately gushes about his love for his students.
Abilities

By channeling his blood through the tubes of his hero costume and discharging it from his gauntlets, he can rapidly solidify the liquid to bind and immobilize targets. His combat options include the specialized super move Blood Sword, making him highly effective at restraining opponents.
Background
As a faculty member at U.A. High School, Vlad King guides Class 1-B through their hero education. During the USJ incident, he responded to Tenya Iida's call for help alongside fellow teachers. When the League of Villains launched a surprise attack on the forest training camp, he secured student safety at the lodging facility while moving to neutralize enemy combatants. Following Katsuki Bakugo's capture, he joined Principal Nezu and Shota Aizawa in a televised apology press conference to mislead the villains. Eight years after the final battle, he continues his teaching career at U.A. High School.
Relationships
Vlad King maintains a professional rivalry with Shota Aizawa, the homeroom teacher of Class 1-A, often comparing Class 1-B's strong teamwork against Class 1-A's individual standouts. He holds immense pride in his Class 1-B students, such as Neito Monoma and Itsuka Kendo, even becoming drinking buddies with Monoma years after graduation. He is also close friends with Hound Dog, the school's lifestyle guidance officer, frequently sharing drinks and discussing their dedication to their students.
Trivia
