Possessing immense power and authority, she carries forward the hero legacy of All Might on an international scale and plays a pivotal role during a major global crisis.
Appearance
Standing 193 centimeters tall, she has an exceptionally muscular build with prominent biceps and thick thighs. She features blue eyes and long blonde hair styled into eight distinct tufts. Her costume consists of a blue bodysuit decorated with an American flag stars-and-stripes motif, paired with a long cape.
Personality
Cathleen is boisterous, resolute, and supremely confident, epitomizing the spirit of an unyielding hero. She remains fearless even when confronting catastrophic threats while treating her comrades with warmth and trust. Driven by profound gratitude for being saved in her youth, she upholds an uncompromising pride in her heroism and never hesitates to risk everything for others.
Abilities
Her Quirk is New Order, a reality-altering power activated by touching a target and stating its name, allowing her to impose a new rule to change its properties. She can manipulate the atmosphere to create a colossal giant avatar of herself or impose rules on the Quirk itself—such as decreeing that it revolts against other Quirks—to destroy an opponent's stolen abilities from within.
Background
In her childhood, Cathleen and her family were rescued by All Might, an encounter that led her to revere him as her spiritual master and pursue heroics until becoming America's top hero. When the villain threat escalated in Japan, she flew to the country alongside a squadron of fighter pilots to engage Tomura Shigaraki and All For One in mid-air combat. In a final heroic sacrifice, she leveraged her Quirk to inflict severe internal damage on the villain's stockpiled powers.
Relationships
She deeply reveres All Might as her lifelong spiritual mentor whose rescue shaped her heroic path. She maintains a bond of trust and camaraderie with her military fighter jet pilots, affectionately referring to them as her brothers. In her ultimate combat engagement, she faced Tomura Shigaraki and All For One as formidable archenemies.
Trivia
Her birthday is July 4th, which coincides with the Independence Day of the United States, aligning with her overall American patriotic theme and design.
