Background
During the initial phase of the Provisional Hero License Exam, Saiko targets an isolated group of U.A. High School Class 1-A students comprising Momo Yaoyorozu, Kyoka Jiro, Tsuyu Asui, and Mezo Shoji inside a building. She carries out a four-stage plan: blocking Kyoka Jiro's auditory sensing with high-volume noise, lowering the room temperature to force Tsuyu Asui into hibernation, and pressuring Momo Yaoyorozu to drain her creation capacity. However, Momo retaliates by fashioning a giant speaker to direct sound back at the attackers, knocking out Saiko's squad. Recognizing that she failed to account for U.A.'s bond and unorthodox tactics, Saiko concedes defeat.

Saiko commands deep reverence from her Seiai Academy teammates, who obey her orders implicitly and affectionately refer to her as Saiko-sama.
