Her outfit consists of a black halter crop top featuring upside-down pentagram straps, layered beneath a brown jacket lined in orange and yellow. She wears black quilted leather pants, angular heels, two silver dermal piercings on her exposed left hip, and spiked shackles with broken chains around her wrists.

Caterina originated as a member of the Ever-Flame Mansion, a localized faction within the Annihilation Gang. Operating under the command of Duke Inferno, whom she regards as a father figure alongside her faction siblings, she participates in calculated destructive operations across the cosmos in service of their Path. She was formally introduced during the Myriad Celestia Trailer titled "A Night of Ever-Flame: Scene 33," where her role as one of the Mansion's primary combat operatives was highlighted.
