Overview
Pela, full name Pelageya Sergeyevna, is an Intelligence Officer for the Silvermane Guards in Belobog on Jarilo-VI, featured in Honkai: Star Rail. Despite her young age, she possesses an outstanding mind, capable of delivering precise, immediate responses regarding troop movements, resource allocations, and battlefield terrain. In combat, she functions as an Ice-attuned character following the Path of The Nihility.
Appearance
Pela has long blue hair, blue eyes, and round glasses. She wears a black papakha hat, a white shirt top paired with a blue neckerchief, a pleated black skirt, black pantyhose with ruler markings, black gloves, and white high-heeled boots. Her phone features a custom case adorned with illustrations of male characters.
Personality
Professional and meticulous, Pela approaches her official duties with a serene and infallible demeanor. When questioned about personal matters, she defensively deflects, treating them as irrelevant to her job. In private, she has a quiet passion for fan fiction and pop culture, creating original fan works based on her favorite books. While widely respected by her military peers, she occasionally gets flustered by informal greetings from children.
Abilities
In battle, Pela excels at suppressing enemies through debuffs. Her Skill, Frostbite, strikes a single target with Ice damage while stripping away one of their beneficial status effects. Her Ultimate, Zone Suppression, deals area-of-effect Ice damage to all targets and inflicts a defense-reducing state. Additionally, she regains Energy whenever she attacks a debuffed foe and can weaken enemy defenses before combat using her Technique.
Background
Born in the snowy plains to her late mother Penya, Pela grew up to become a prominent military intelligence officer. During the crisis on Jarilo-VI, she initially helped track the wanted Trailblazer crew—drawing uniquely stylized wanted posters of them. After the conflict resolved, she befriended the crew, later collaborating with them to resolve a high-profile museum theft. During a camping trip in the snowfields, she finally received her mother's long-lost storage device, deepening her personal story.
Relationships
Pela maintains strong bonds with the Landau family. She plays drums in Serval Landau's band and shares a particularly close, comfortable friendship with Lynx Landau. She also serves loyally under Bronya Rand and maintains a warm relationship with the Trailblazer and their companions following the resolution of the Belobog incidents.
Trivia
The name Pelageya derives from Russian roots meaning 'open sea,' combined with the patronymic Sergeyevna. Beyond her military service, she plays the drums for Serval's band under the guise of studying historical music. She also possesses exceptional artistic talent, though her artistic rendition of wanted criminals resulted in charmingly embellished portraits.
