Robin

Overview

Robin is a five-star Physical character following the Path of Harmony in Honkai: Star Rail. Hailing from Penacony, she is a world-renowned Halovian singer celebrated across the cosmos for her graceful demeanor and powerful vocals. Raised within Penacony's Oak Family alongside her elder brother Sunday, she graduated from the Harmony College at Origami University before embarking on a career as a traveling musician. She returns to her homeland as the star performer for the Charmony Festival, utilizing the power of Harmony to bring emotional resonance and unity to listeners throughout the galaxy.

Appearance

Robin features long silver-lilac hair and bright green eyes. As a member of the Halovian race, she possesses small white wings near her ears and a halo floating above her head. Her primary attire consists of a shoulder-baring, two-tone dress in white and purple, accompanied by elbow-length white gloves, a feather boa, and purple pumps. Accentuated with subtle red eyeshadow, her neck is adorned with an intricate choker to conceal a scar from a past bullet wound.

Personality

Beneath her polite and refined exterior, Robin possesses an unyielding moral strength and a compassionate heart. Having experienced war and personal turmoil, she maintains a firm commitment to soothing others through her music. She holds high standards for her performances while displaying deep empathy toward those who suffer. Her selflessness and integrity drive her to stand up for genuine freedom and authentic happiness rather than empty illusions.

Abilities

Robin serves as a support character who enhances her party's offensive capabilities. Her Basic Attack, Wingflip White Noise, inflicts Physical damage on a single enemy, while her Skill, Aria of Featherwing, increases damage dealt by all allies. Her Ultimate, Vox Harmonique, Opus Cosmique, initiates the Concerto state, changing the battle BGM to her song and instantly advancing the action order of all other team members. While in Concerto state, she is immune to crowd-control debuffs, grants an Attack boost to allies based on her own Attack stat, and deals additional Physical damage whenever an ally attacks. Her Talent, Harmonic Cadence, boosts allies' Critical Damage and restores her Energy upon ally attacks, while her Technique generates a field that pacifies nearby enemies and causes them to follow her.

Background

After losing their mother during a disaster in their youth, Robin and her brother Sunday were adopted by Gopher Wood in Penacony. She eventually pursued a career as a galactic vocalist, traveling to systems such as Epsilon to share her songs despite sustaining a neck injury from a stray bullet. Returning to Penacony for the Charmony Festival, she encountered internal corruption within the Family and lost her vocal power, eventually being drawn into Dreamflux Reef. There, she recovered her voice while comforting the locals. When Sunday and Gopher Wood attempted to establish the dream of Ena the Order, Robin joined forces with the Astral Express crew to free the people from the illusion and save her brother. Following the crisis, she donated the airship Radiant Feldspar to the Express and resumed her galactic travels.

Relationships

Sunday is Robin's older brother, with whom she shares a deep familial bond despite their tragic clash over differing visions for humanity's future. Gopher Wood served as her adoptive father, though she ultimately stood against his master plan. She built a relationship of mutual trust with the Astral Express crew—including the Trailblazer, Welt Yang, and March 7th—and gifted them the ship Radiant Feldspar. During events in Dreamflux Reef, she collaborated with Boothill to investigate and neutralize dreamscape noise disturbances. Additionally, she negotiated a deal with Jade of the Interastral Peace Corporation regarding her brother's freedom.

Trivia

Her name references the European robin, drawing inspiration from folklore concerning its red feathers as well as the famous nursery rhyme "Who Killed Cock Robin?".
