Overview
Natasha is a playable character in Honkai: Star Rail. Serving as a dedicated doctor in Boulder Town within the Underworld of Belobog on Jarilo-VI, she treads the Path of The Abundance with the Physical element. Beyond providing medical care to the underprivileged population in a resource-scarce environment, she acts as the true secret leader of the Underworld resistance movement known as Wildfire, quietly guiding her community.
Appearance
Natasha features long blue hair tied in a low ponytail, pinkish-red eyes, and a subtle mole underneath her mouth. Her attire consists of a white jacket worn over a black leotard, complemented by a single black elbow-length glove on her right arm. A brown belt carrying a medical vial is secured around her waist, paired with dark pantyhose and black boots.
Personality
Natasha displays a gentle and warm demeanor, frequently maintaining a serene smile. However, she turns strict and unyielding whenever medical discipline or patient health is neglected. Deeply empathetic toward the struggles of the Underworld residents, she balances her nurturing side with a pragmatic, resolute mindset when acting as a leader who deeply values personal freedom.
Abilities
As a Physical character on the Path of The Abundance, Natasha provides strong team sustain. Her Skill recovers health for a targeted ally, cleanses one debuff, and applies continuous multi-turn healing. Her Ultimate heals the entire party with a low energy requirement of 90 EP. Her Talent increases her healing output when tending to allies at or below 30% HP. Her Technique initiates combat by dealing Physical damage to a random enemy while reducing damage dealt by all foes via a Weakened state.
Background
Born an orphan in the Underworld, Natasha was adopted by the upper-city Hérova doctor family and trained in medicine. When her adoptive brother Vache conducted unethical drug experiments on Underworld citizens, she helped exile him to the snowy wastes. She later established an orphanage and clinic in Rivet Town, moving her operations to Boulder Town following Fragmentum erosion. During the Underworld blockade, she co-founded Wildfire, operating in the shadows while Oleg served as the public face.
Relationships
Natasha shares a trusted partnership with Oleg, who functions as the public leader of Wildfire while she commands from behind the scenes. She acts as a protective older sister to Seele and young Hook, having crafted the stuffed bear Junjun for the latter. Upon meeting the Trailblazer and the Astral Express crew, she discloses the Underworld's reality and collaborates closely with them.
Trivia
Natasha shares a full name and physical resemblances with Raven (Natasha Cioara) from Honkai Impact 3rd, serving as her parallel counterpart. Her sixth Eidolon, titled Doctor's Grace, grants additional physical damage to her basic attack based on her maximum HP, prompting community jokes about her capabilities as an aggressive healer.
