Unaware that Wes is her long-lost twin brother, her doomed romantic involvement sets off a chain of tragic events that profoundly shapes the story.
Appearance
Perla has long blonde hair styled in waves with long sideburns, accompanied by blue eyes and prominent eyelashes. She is depicted as a fourteen-year-old girl.
Personality

Her intense emotional capacity proved fragile when confronted with immense loss, leading her to succumb entirely to despair when she believed her lover was killed.
Abilities
Perla possessed no combat capabilities or Stand powers during her life. However, the emotional trauma caused by her tragic death served as the direct catalyst for Enrico Pucci awakening his Stand, which simultaneously awakened Weather Report's Stand through their shared bloodline.
Background
Perla met Wes Bluemarine following a theft incident, and the two eventually fell in love. Unbeknownst to her, Enrico Pucci learned through confessional secrecy that Wes was actually Domenico Pucci, their long-lost brother. Attempting to break them up without revealing the truth, Enrico hired a private detective. The detective, connected to white supremacists, launched a violent attack on the couple and lynched Wes on a cliffside tree. Believing Wes was dead after taking him down from the tree, a heartbroken Perla committed suicide by throwing herself off the cliff. Following her death, her memories were extracted into a DISC by Enrico.
Relationships
Enrico Pucci is her older brother, whose attempt to separate her from her boyfriend ultimately resulted in tragedy. Wes Bluemarine (Domenico Pucci / Weather Report) was her beloved partner; she remained completely unaware until her death that he was actually her twin brother.
Trivia
Her name is derived from the Italian fashion and cosmetics brand La Perla.
