Overview
Weather Report is a major character in JoJo's Bizarre Adventure: Stone Ocean. An inmate at Green Dolphin Street Prison suffering from memory loss, he goes by the name of his own Stand. Seeking to regain his stolen past, he becomes a vital ally to Jolyne Cujoh and her companions.
Appearance
Weather Report features white hair and blue eyes. He wears a distinctive white fur hat outfitted with two horn-like protrusions.
Personality
While lacking his memories, Weather Report is remarkably soft-spoken, quiet, and dependable. Once his memories are fully restored, however, a vengeful and extremely dangerous side of his disposition takes over.
Abilities
His Stand, Weather Report, commands the atmosphere and weather patterns across vast areas, allowing him to manufacture oxygen masks or trigger localized downpours. Upon retrieving his memory DISC, he unlocks its true form, Heavy Weather. This ability alters the ozone layer to project subliminal rainbow imagery, transforming anyone who witnesses it into snails—a destructive phenomenon even he cannot control.
Background
Born Domenico Pucci, he is the twin brother of Father Enrico Pucci. Swapped at birth, he was raised under the name Wes Bluemarine. Tragic circumstances surrounding his romance with Perla Pucci—unaware she was his sister—led to her death and ignited his Stand powers. Father Pucci subsequently extracted his memories using White Snake, leading to his incarceration. Late in the story, after restoring his memory DISC, he confronts his brother in a violent final duel.
Relationships
Father Enrico Pucci is his twin brother and bitter enemy. Perla Pucci was his biological sister, with whom he shared a tragic romantic past before learning of their relationship. He forms a close alliance with Jolyne Cujoh and her companions while imprisoned.
Trivia
His true birth name is Domenico Pucci, though he grew up as Wes Bluemarine. Due to his genetic tie to Father Enrico Pucci, a Joestar star-shaped birthmark appeared on his back when Pucci merged with the Green Baby.
