Her standard outfit resembles a blue off-shoulder sailor shirt with a white collar revealing deep cleavage, a yellow neckerchief, a short light-greyish white pleated skirt, white gloves, white thigh-highs with metallic leg guards, and red rudder shoes. Her rigging includes two smokestacks, two 5-inch gun turrets, and a cargo net with cork floats. In Kai mod.2 form, she removes the net in favor of a headset and receives star ornaments on her headband. Fletcher's naval namesake saw extensive service throughout Pacific theater battles such as the Guadalcanal campaigns. Known by the moniker 'Lucky 13' for escaping engagements unharmed despite associations with the number 13, she survived the war intact.
