Seaport Summer Princess has pale skin, a voluptuous figure, and long white hair covering her left eye, revealing blue eyes. She wears a large white sun hat decorated with a prominent black flower, along with a low-cut white dress that exposes a white string bikini underneath in her damaged state. Her arms feature black gloves, while her legs are clad in heavy black armored high-heeled boots. She is depicted seated atop a massive abyssal creature, accompanied by small familiars, a beach bag, a parasol, and a plate with a drink.

Contrary to her elegant, ladylike resort attire, Seaport Summer Princess possesses a fierce and hot-tempered personality. Though her voice retains a somewhat youthful and unruly tone, her demeanor in battle is relentless and fiery. She shows intense irritation when taking damage and exhibits a persistent determination to block her opponents' advance regardless of how many times she is defeated.

Seaport Summer Princess was introduced in August 2016 as the E-3 operation boss of the event "Intercept! The 2nd Naval Battle of Malaya." Acting as the primary defensive anchor in operations inspired by historical naval engagements, she also participated in base air raids. She subsequently reappeared in the Summer 2017 Event as a stronghold boss in maps based on the Mediterranean and the coast of France, serving as a recurring obstacle for fleet operations.
