Yoimiya features bright blonde hair tied into a high ponytail with asymmetrical side bangs, decorated with large hair ornaments and an earring. She has golden eyes. Her outfit consists of a altered short orange kimono worn off one shoulder, exposing sarashi bandages wrapped around her chest, thighs, and arm. She also wears a shimenawa-style waist sash, tattoo-like markings, nail polish, mismatched socks, and carries a bow alongside her Pyro Vision attached near her waist.

Abilities
Yoimiya wields a bow and commands the Pyro element. Her charged attack can generate homing Kindling Arrows. Through her Elemental Skill, Niwabi Fire-Dance, her normal arrows are converted into Pyro-infused shots with boosted damage. Her Elemental Burst, Ryuukin Saxifrage, deals area Pyro damage and marks an opponent with Aureate Blaze, which triggers explosive Pyro damage when hit by party members other than Yoimiya.
Background
Yoimiya inherited Naganohara Fireworks from her father, Ryuunosuke. During the Vision Hunt Decree in Inazuma, she secretly aided those targeted by the authorities by creating fake Visions and assisting fugitives in escaping the country. After borders opened, she embarked on a journey to Sumeru to see a meteor shower, making new friends and discovering magical moments that inspired her creative spirit.
Relationships
Yoimiya shares a tight friendship with Kamisato Ayaka, who relies on her fireworks for grand events. She maintains a friendly rivalry with Arataki Itto over being the favorite among local children.
