Overview
Geburah is a raid boss enemy in Blue Archive, serving as the Fifth Prophet of Decagrammaton. Known by the title Courageous Arbitrator Beyond Rationality, it is believed to be an AI from an antarctic research probe that was hacked and converted into a heavily armed mechanical body capable of deep-sea operation.
Appearance
It takes the form of a bipedal robot featuring massive arms and comparatively small legs. Its mechanical body is equipped with heavy weaponry including cannon fire, missile launchers, machine guns, and barrier generators. It is designed with a deep-sea cruise mode for navigation and a battle mode for engagement.
Personality
Despite being an artificial intelligence, it is described by its custodians as short-tempered and meticulous. During high-stakes encounters, its fiery and impatient nature translates into actions where it forcefully deploys supportive strikes without waiting for power allocation.
Abilities
It boasts extremely high defensive stats and commands a devastating array of area-of-effect attacks using cannons, missiles, and protective shields. It can manipulate freezing temperatures to afflict opponents with severe hypothermia while reducing damage taken from standard frontline attackers. Additionally, it targets field radiators and can construct durable ice pillars for defense.
Background
Originally an antarctic exploration probe AI, Geburah was reprogrammed after being compromised by Decagrammaton. It was initially deployed by Ein, Sof, and Ohr to obstruct the Paranormal Affairs Department during their expedition to the frozen sea. After an intense sequence of battles, it was eventually defeated in a major siege operation by students from Millennium Science School. In the final confrontation, it transferred its power to Eimi and protected the students from incoming strikes before dissipating.
Relationships
It is maintained and deployed in combat by Ein, Sof, and Ohr. During the final showdown against Decagrammaton, it chose to assist Eimi by entrusting her with its power. It also reinforced defense walls generated by Yesod using its own ice manipulation skills.
Trivia
Its name originates from the fifth sefira of the Kabbalistic Tree of Life, and its assigned mark is the Mars symbol. Due to the high effectiveness of Antique Seraphim idol variants (Mari, Sakurako, and Mine) in countering its specific boss mechanics, player community humor often frames it as an enthusiast of idols. Its battle theme, titled PACHAD, is derived from the Hebrew word for awe or fear of God.
