Mine

Overview

Aomori Mine is a third-year student at Trinity General School and the captain of the Remedial Knights in NEXON Games' mobile game Blue Archive. Although she holds significant political authority as the leader of the John faction within Trinity, she prioritizes field duties and direct intervention over political maneuvering. Earnest and polite to a fault, she is a dedicated figure whose extreme methods in fulfilling her noble mission often leave a strong impression on those around her.

Appearance

Mine features blue hair styled in twin braids, green eyes, pointed elf-like ears, feathered wings on her back, and a distinctive halo above her head. Her default outfit consists of a classic long-skirted dress with a bib apron, complete with gloves, black pantyhose, and high heels. In her idol attire, she sports a mini top-hat headband, a sleeveless performance dress paired with fingerless gloves, black garter stockings, and tall boots. She carries a lever-action shotgun modelled after the Winchester M1887 alongside a heavy riot shield bearing her school's emblem.

Personality

Mine is deeply serious and driven by an absolute sense of justice, though her stubborn nature often leads her to extreme conclusions. She operates under the radical logic that the best way to care for people is to preemptively beat down potential threats, causing property damage without hesitation in pursuit of her goals. Despite her intimidating momentum, she remains polite, quick to apologize when mistaken, and willing to listen to troubled individuals. Privately, she has a hidden soft spot for cute items, secretly collecting Wavecat merchandise and adorable sweets.

Abilities

Mine possesses impressive physical capabilities, allowing her to leap high into the air while holding a heavy riot shield to crash into enemy ranks. Her combat techniques can pull groups of foes together while significantly lowering their evasion and defense stats. As a front-line tank, she self-applies continuous healing to sustain damage. In her alternative costume, she uses performance lightsticks to buff allies' attack speed while weakening single targets by reducing their offensive stats based on accumulated counts.

Background

As leader of the Remedial Knights, Mine tirelessly patrols Trinity to handle emergencies. Her habit of personally neutralizing threats before handing over treatment to her subordinates led to the common rumor: 'Mine breaks them, the Knights heal them.' During major campus crises, she stood alongside Trinity's main factions, even fighting through overwhelming odds during operations in Arius. To improve the public perception of her group, she later formed the idol unit Antique Seraphim with Sakurako and Mari, performing live at the academy festival.

Relationships

Her subordinates in the Remedial Knights, Sumi Serina and Asagao Hanae, deeply respect her despite occasionally reacting to her extreme methods. Through the creation of the Antique Seraphim idol unit, she built a close partnership with Sakurako and Mari of the Sisterhood. She frequently interacts with Hasumi and Tsurugi of the Justice Task Force, engaging in battle when misunderstandings arise but respecting their strength. Mine relies on Sensei as a trusted confidant, showing her vulnerable side and admitting her fondness for cute things only to them.

Trivia

Her designated firearm, 'Proof of Rescue,' is modeled after the shortened Winchester Model 1887 lever-action shotgun. She possesses deep expertise in tea brewing, said to rival even Hasumi of the Justice Task Force. Mine views her hobby of collecting various medical supplies as akin to gathering stamps or rare books.
