Appearance
He has the body of a large robot with red eyes. His standard attire consists of a black collared shirt, a red necktie, and a black pinstripe suit, often wearing his suit jacket or coat draped over his shoulders. When working as a sales representative for Octopus Bank during the summer, he wears a colorful Aloha shirt.
Personality
He is a ruthless corporate strategist who prefers leveraging contracts and legal traps to force his opponents into submission. When his plans unravel, however, he quickly loses composure, ignoring orders from headquarters and taking his frustration out on subordinates. Despite his lack of charisma and harsh management style, his subsequent string of bungled schemes and demotions give him a comical, almost endearing presence.
Abilities
He can directly pilot a black enhanced exoskeleton boasting 12,860 horsepower and high mobility despite its massive size. Built with high-purity armor, the machine withstands point-blank gunfire and explosions. It is armed with dual arm-mounted Gatling guns, shoulder missile pods, and a main beam cannon. The unit also features a self-destruct mechanism.
Background
Conspiring with Black Suit of Gematria, he sought to bankrupt Abydos High School to claim its territory for Kaiser's resource search. After his plans were thwarted by the Foreclosure Task Force, Problem Solver 68, and Sensei, he was publicly fired as a cover story and reassigned as a common sales representative for Octopus Bank. He later surfaced at a summer resort, attempting to scam Shizuko and the Festival Operations Department using forged property deeds, though this plot also collapsed.
Relationships
He was a co-conspirator with Black Suit during the Abydos takeover plot. He frequently clashed with Takanashi Hoshino and the Abydos Foreclosure Task Force, as well as Rikuhachi Rikuhachima Al and Problem Solver 68, who ruined his operations. After taking Sensei hostage during a getaway attempt at the resort, he was promptly shot down by a enraged Kosaka Wakamo wielding a rocket launcher. Within the Kaiser Corporation, he served under the President and worked alongside the General.
Trivia
In the anime adaptation, his heavily armed powered suit is stated to be an uncalibrated prototype operating below its 100% capacity. Following his successive failures and demotion to an entry-level worker, his role in the main story diminished significantly, though he continues to appear in promotional materials and venue signage as a corporate guide.
