Overview
The Justice Task Force Member refers to the generic background students belonging to Trinity General School's Justice Task Force in Blue Archive. Affectionately known by the community as Seiji Mobu or Mob-chan, she has gathered significant popularity despite being an unnamed unit. Serving as an elite operative within Trinity's primary peace-keeping organ, she frequently appears across main story chapters, seasonal events, and minigames.
Appearance
She is characterized by long black hair in a hime cut with straight bangs hiding her eyes, though her red eyes occasionally become visible. She wears a black beret matching her uniform and a red halo. Her standard attire consists of a long-sleeved black sailor uniform with red trim and a red neckerchief, paired with a black pleated skirt and black gloves. Unlike most named members of her organization, she is a wingless human-type character. During specific events, she wears Trinity's official gym uniform.
Personality
She possesses a timid and delicate aura reminiscent of a small animal, yet she remains dedicated and hardworking when carrying out her assigned duties. Clumsy and slightly introverted, she easily gets flustered in battle, often tumbling from weapon recoil or being reduced to tears by unexpected explosions. She also exhibits a gentle side that finds mascot characters like Peroro endearing.
Abilities
As a member of Trinity's peace-keeping unit, her combat proficiency exceeds that of ordinary students. Armed with a British prototype bullpup assault rifle resembling the EM-2 or L85 design, she operates in front-to-midline combat positions. In the Summer Sky's Wish minigame, where her weapon is designated Little Justice, she can deal damage to random targets and restore health to frontline STRIKER allies upon defeating foes, though her low base health leaves her vulnerable to wide-area attacks.
Background
As a working member of the Justice Task Force, she carries out routine patrols and defensive actions to maintain order across Trinity General School. She appears consistently throughout major story arcs including Main Story Vol. 3 (Eden Treaty Chapter) whenever her organization takes the field. In 2025, she was featured as the central heroine—cast as a first-year member—in the April Fools browser game ToSchool ~Kimi ga Soba ni Iru Nichijou~.
Relationships
She frequently works alongside her senior member Ichika Nakamasa, who offers comforting guidance whenever she stumbles or becomes embarrassed during field ops. Under the leadership of high-ranking members like Tsurugi Kensaki and Hasumi Hanekawa, she performs her tasks alongside her fellow generic squadmates.
Trivia
In 3D chibi models, her height matches Ichika Nakamasa's 163 cm, making her notably taller than Koharu Shimoe (148 cm) despite her small-animal demeanor. Because named officers in her group possess black wings while she does not, fans humorously joke that her wingless form represents a larval stage that will sprout wings upon maturing.
