Iroha features long, voluminous crimson hair, gray eyes, and a blue-purple halo. The black structures near her head are ribbons hanging from her peaked cap. Iroha possesses a sluggish and highly self-paced demeanor, frequently complaining about everything being a hassle. She uses her sharp wit to devise clever excuses for slacking off, yet she remains one of the few pragmatic members of her faction, ultimately finishing the tasks dropped on her. Around Sensei, she displays a calculatingly suggestive side, enticing them to her secret hideout to idle away the time with books and electronic games.
Abilities
In combat, Iroha operates as a SPECIAL-class Tactical Support unit. She enters the field aboard her specialized Tiger I tank, Toramaru, deploying powerful main cannon rounds that split to strike multiple nearby targets, while periodically launching automatic area-of-effect bombardments. Additionally, Tan'ga Ibuki can ride along in Toramaru to enable synergy actions. On foot, she carries a compact handgun known as the Pandemonium Society Sidearm.
Background
As a key official of the Pandemonium Society, Iroha is constantly tasked with executing diplomatic meetings and administrative duties. Though she prefers quietly reading in dark corners or evading work, she is repeatedly dragged into major incidents caused by her superior's antics. Since meeting Sensei, she frequently visits the Schale office under the guise of diplomatic relations, using the opportunity to turn her assignments into excuses to relax together.
Relationships
She treats her superior, Hanuma Makoto, with sharp exasperation, though she reluctantly follows her orders. Conversely, she deeply dotes on her junior, Tan'ga Ibuki, becoming genuinely protective whenever Ibuki is involved. She feels a silent camaraderie with the Prefect Team's Sorasaki Hina due to their shared status as long-suffering problem solvers, and she approaches Sensei as a favored partner in her daily slacking schemes.

Her name Iroha can be read numerically in Japanese as 1-6-8, leading to the fan nickname '168.' Her signature handgun model is based on the compact Walther P38K. She is exceptionally popular among players, having placed near the top of official character setting rankings during service anniversary broadcasts.
