Appearance
Yukari has long purple hair styled with hime cuts and tied in the back, paired with purple eyes. Her facial features include a distinct skin fang and red eyeshadow, complemented by a hair flower ornament. Her halo is a simple, asymmetrical circle off-center from its middle. Her standard outfit consists of a school uniform featuring a white sailor collar, a red neckerchief, a skirt, and a haori. She has also appeared in miko attire, a middle school uniform, and a bikini swimsuit featuring transparent fabrics, a leg ring, and sandals.
Personality
Yukari speaks in a traditional, high-class noble register, utilizing the archaic self-referential pronoun 'midomo'. Highly energetic and naturally cheerful, she frequently boasts about her elite status and grand potential, yet remains well-mannered, polite, and earnest. Raised in a sheltered environment, she can occasionally be naive about common everyday concepts. In combat, Yukari functions as a BACK-positioned STRIKER utilizing a sniper rifle. Her attack type is Sonic (Vibration) and her armor type is Heavy. She wields her signature sniper rifle, modeled after the Type 38 infantry rifle and named 'Girl's Resolve'. During battles, she passively accumulates 'Prayer' stacks through time intervals or as allies spend skill points. By expending these 'Prayer' stacks upon activating her EX Skill, she deals high-potency, guaranteed critical damage to enemies within a designated circular area.
Background
During her middle school years, Yukari was saved from delinquents by members of Hyakkaryouran, inspiring her intense desire to join the council. Despite her duties as the heir to the prestigious Kadenokoji family, she pursued her dream. When the council faced disbandment due to internal crisis, she took initiative by declaring a succession battle against acting leader Nagusa to reunite the members. Though she temporarily fell into despair and was forced to perform family shrine maiden duties—leading to a crisis exploited by hostile forces—she overcame her doubts with the help of Sensei and her seniors, successfully returning to her cherished club duties.
Relationships
Yukari holds profound respect for her seniors in the Hyakkaryouran Conflict Resolution Council: Goryo Nagusa, Kiryu Kikyou, and Fuwa Renge, with a particularly intense admiration for Nagusa. She is also related to Kokuriko within the Kadenokoji lineage. She places immense trust in Sensei, frequently relying on their guidance during council matters and enjoying personal outings together.
