Overview

Akeboshi Himari is a third-year student at Millennium Science School from the mobile game Blue Archive. Formerly the leader of the school's secret hacking group Veritas, she currently serves as the head of the Super Phenomenon Task Force. Claiming to hold the prestigious Omniscience degree—an honor allegedly attained by only three individuals in Millennium history—she proudly refers to herself as a delicate, sickly, super-genius beautiful hacker. Possessing world-class intelligence and unmatched hacking skills alongside an overflowing sense of self-worth, she plays a vital role in investigating extraordinary threats facing the academy.

Appearance

Himari is a fair-skinned girl with long, wavy white hair, purple eyes, a mole beneath her eye, and prominent elf ears. Her hair is adorned with hair ornaments and a headband. Due to her physical frailty, she relies on a high-tech wheelchair, keeping a blanket over her lap and wearing a white cardigan or jacket over a full-body black inner suit. Her halo consists of six white flower petals arranged alongside six black three-dimensional rhombuses. In her tactical Armed outfit, she wears a form-fitting, highly cold-resistant bodysuit and operates a floating motorcycle-like mobility unit described as an outdoor wheelchair.

Personality

Himari possesses extreme self-confidence and an extraordinary degree of self-love, often introducing herself with elaborate, narcissistic self-appellations. Despite her shameless self-praise, she is fundamentally kind-hearted and caring towards her juniors, never harboring genuine malice. Her supreme confidence and playful nature lead her to abuse her hacking capabilities for minor personal desires, earning her frequent scoldings from Chihiro Kagami and Sensei. Additionally, she harbors a romantic passion for occult phenomena, astrology, and traditional enka music. Extremely sensitive to cold, she frequently argues with Eimi Izumimoto over climate control settings.

Abilities

Himari is a master hacker whose talents encompass electronic warfare, data analysis, strategic planning, and engineering. In battle, she functions as a SPECIAL support unit from the rear, utilizing an EX skill that vastly boosts a target ally's attack power, alongside a passive sub-skill that accelerates cost recovery for the entire team. Her normal skill periodically targets the enemy with the lowest health ratio to deal damage and reduce their evasion rate. Her personal firearm is a compact hammerless revolver named Noble Flower. In her armed state, she pilots a high-speed floating vehicle capable of rapid acceleration.

Background

After serving as the leader of Veritas, Himari accepted a request from Seminar president Rio Tsukatsuki to head the Super Phenomenon Task Force and investigate the mysterious threat known as Decagrammaton. During the Clockwork Flower Pavane storyline, she opposed Rio's plan to eliminate Aris Tendou, resulting in her temporary capture before being freed by Eimi Izumimoto to aid Sensei in rescuing Aris. Following Rio's disappearance, Himari took charge of her abandoned operations and served as a vital tactical advisor during the final conflict aboard the Ark. In later investigations, supported by new gear crafted with Kei's help, she piloted a floating vehicle into battle to rescue Rio from an enemy trap.

Relationships

Rio Tsukatsuki is Himari's primary rival and peer; despite constant verbal sparring over logic versus emotion, the two share mutual respect and deep trust. Eimi Izumimoto serves as her bodyguard and Task Force subordinate, maintaining a tight bond despite their endless conflicts over room temperature. Chihiro Kagami is a close friend from Veritas who frequently reins in Himari's mischievous hacking. Himari acts as a protective mentor to Toki Asuma and Aris Tendou, and displays thoughtful respect toward Kei after she joins their circle. She also bonds with Utaha Shiraishi over wheelchair maintenance and enka music, while holding deep affection and reliance toward Sensei.

Trivia

The legitimacy of Himari's self-proclaimed Omniscience degree remains shrouded in mystery, with many within the academy doubting whether such a qualification officially exists. Her elaborate self-appellations continuously shift in phrasing, featuring an immense variety of poetic combinations that rarely repeat word-for-word. During a cyber attack on Decagrammaton's artificial intelligence, her narcissistic self-description protocols proved so embarrassing that they inadvertently induced a mental disruption in the AI opponent. Her sidearm design is based on the Smith & Wesson Model 340PD revolver.
