Doll

Overview

Doll is a Marine Vice Admiral in the One Piece series who serves as the Base Commander of the G-14 Marine Branch in the New World. Characterized by her distinctive punk-rock aesthetic and formidable hand-to-hand combat skills, she oversees a key military outpost positioned near Dr. Vegapunk's primary research facilities. Despite her sharp tongue and intimidating appearance, she balances high-ranking military authority with genuine empathy for vulnerable civilians, demonstrating both tactical competence and deep consideration for those under her command.

Appearance

Doll is a tall woman with short black hair, blue eyes, and long eyelashes. Her punk-inspired attire consists of a cropped black shirt exposing her chest, black leather trousers secured by a brown belt, and knee-high black boots. She wears a spiked neck choker, large hoop earrings, and a bracelet, while detailed tattoos cover both of her arms.

Personality

Doll possesses a pragmatic yet caring personality beneath her tough exterior. She speaks bluntly to junior Marines, calling Helmeppo a brat while maintaining a relaxed, friendly rapport with Tashigi. Despite her edgy appearance, she exhibits remarkable compassion for children, going out of her way to decorate her naval base with balloons to help young victims feel safe and comforted.

Abilities

Unlike many female Marines who use weapons or Devil Fruit powers, Doll is a specialized hand-to-hand brawler. She is capable of using basic forms of Haki and possesses extraordinary physical strength, easily kicking aside a Pacifista. She has mastered the Rokushiki technique Geppo for mid-air movement. Her signature attack, Rock 'n' Roll Blaster, unleashes a rapid series of punches reinforced with Armament Haki, capable of overpowering elite giant warriors like Kashii.

Background

With over twenty years of service in the Marines, Doll previously served as a subordinate under Jaguar D. Saul. As Vice Admiral and commander of G-14, she took custody of the children rescued from Caesar Clown's experiments on Punk Hazard. During the Egghead incident, she deployed to the island, fighting Pacifistas and defeating the giant Kashii. In battle, she was temporarily turned into a child by Jewelry Bonney's power, rendering her unable to fight, and was later knocked unconscious by Joy Boy's Conqueror's Haki. She also witnessed the unusual demise of Saint Jaygarcia Saturn.

Relationships

Doll maintains a respectful memory of her former superior, Jaguar D. Saul. She enjoys a familiar, casual relationship with junior officers such as Tashigi and Helmeppo. During the assault on Egghead, she confronted Kashii to prevent him from aiding the Straw Hat Pirates and suffered neutralization at the hands of Jewelry Bonney's age-altering powers. She also performed duty alongside World Noble Saint Jaygarcia Saturn during the deployment.

Trivia

Doll's name and visual design draw inspiration from punk music aesthetics, sharing stylistic similarities with real-world musician Brody Dalle. Having served as a Marine officer for more than two decades, her age is estimated to be at least in her mid-thirties.
