Overview

Laki is a female Shandian warrior who appears in the Skypiea arc of One Piece. As a fighter for her tribe, she takes part in the battle to reclaim their ancestral homeland, Upper Yard, from the tyrannical ruler Eneru.

Appearance

She is a tall woman with parted bangs and long black hair held by a pink hairband and styled into a high ponytail. Like other sky island inhabitants, she has a pair of small wings on her back. Her outfit consists of a light, midriff-exposing top combined with light-red pants reminiscent of Native American clothing, and she is typically barefoot. Her eyes are depicted as black or dark green.

Personality

While she possesses the bravery expected of a warrior in battle, she exhibits a gentle and caring nature toward those close to her. She is particularly affectionate toward the young girl Aisa, caring for her like a younger sister.

Abilities

As a skilled Shandian combatant, she utilizes a rifle in battle to engage her opponents.

Background

She joins the Shandian force aiming to recapture Upper Yard during the Survival Game. Realizing the invincible threat posed by Eneru, she desperately attempts to warn Wiper, only to be struck down by Eneru's lightning. After surviving the conflict, she is later seen living peacefully alongside Conis, Aisa, and the giant snake Nola on the Vearth.

Relationships

She has a sisterly bond with Aisa and works closely alongside fellow Shandian warriors such as Wiper and Kamakiri. Following the resolution of the conflict, she forms friendly ties with Conis and the giant snake Nola. She stands in direct opposition to Eneru.

Trivia
