Originating from the South Blue, Killer spent his youth leading street gangs alongside Eustass Kid. Following the tragic murder of their childhood crush by a local syndicate, they united rival gangs to take down the culprits and departed for the seas. In the New World, after attempting an alliance to target the Four Emperors, they were ambushed by Kaido. To save Kid, Killer consumed a flawed SMILE fruit and was forced into service under Kurozumi Orochi as Kamazo the Manslayer. Rejoining his crew during the Wano rebellion, he achieved key victories, though his crew later suffered a devastating defeat near Elbaf at the hands of Shanks.
