Background
Marguerite first encountered Monkey D. Luffy after he was sent to Amazon Lily by Bartholomew Kuma. After saving his life, she took responsibility for bringing a man into the country and was temporarily turned to stone by Boa Hancock, though Luffy managed to save her. Following the Summit War, she nursed a devastated Luffy back to health. She continued to support him during his training on Rusukaina and later helped defend her homeland when the Navy laid siege to Amazon Lily following the abolition of the Seven Warlords system.
Relationships
She forms a deep, lasting friendship with Monkey D. Luffy, becoming one of his primary advocates on Amazon Lily alongside Boa Hancock. As a loyal warrior, she serves the island's ruler, Boa Hancock, and respects her sisters, Boa Sandersonia and Boa Marigold, frequently assisting them in matters regarding Luffy.
Trivia
Early concept designs for Marguerite initially envisioned her as a Devil Fruit user who had eaten a Neko Neko no Mi variant (Model: Black Cat), though this idea was ultimately discarded prior to her official debut.
