Created by MADS as a clone of Miss Buckingham Stussy, she spent over two decades working undercover within the World Government as a CP-0 agent. In her cover persona, she attended Big Mom's tea party on Whole Cake Island, where she covertly moved to secure the Tamatebako treasure amidst the chaos. After completing duties in Mary Geoise and Wano, she traveled to Egghead. Upon receiving a covert message from her creator, Dr. Vegapunk, she chose to aid him, turning against her CP-0 partners by using her powers to subdue them.
Relationships
Stussy holds profound loyalty toward her creator, Dr. Vegapunk, risking everything to follow his call for help. Having operated alongside Rob Lucci and Kaku in CP-0 for years, she felt deep sorrow and conflict when forced to betray them. Her genetic original is Miss Buckingham Stussy (Miss Bakkin), a former member of the Rocks Pirates. During the events on Egghead, she also interacted with Vegapunk's satellites like Edison as well as the Straw Hat Pirates.

Stussy marks a rare instance in the series where a new variation of the Rokushiki technique Kami-e (Kami-e: Zanshin) was introduced after a gap of over 600 chapters. Her birthday, April 24, is based on a Japanese numerical pun derived from her name.
