Overview

Aliya Mahvash is a character in Mobile Suit Gundam: The Witch from Mercury. A third-year student in the Mechanic Department at the Asticassia School of Technology, she resides in the Earth House and works for GUND-ARM Inc., operating at her own distinct pace and guided by personal intuition.

Appearance

Aliya features long blue hair worn behind her ears and decorated with hair beads and hair ornaments, paired with brown eyes. Her primary attire is the Asticassia School of Technology uniform with a green jacket and shoulder boards. She is also shown wearing a green, side-tie string micro-bikini swimsuit.

Personality

Maintaining a calm and unbothered attitude, Aliya speaks in a relaxed yet slightly masculine manner and habitually sits cross-legged. Though mild-mannered, she is direct when pointing out errors or addressing issues. She exhibits an age-appropriate curiosity regarding romance, occasionally teasing her fellow housemates.

Abilities

Aliya possesses technical skill in mobile suit maintenance and space-combat reinforcement, while also managing manual protocols and acting as a battle operator. Additionally, she practices a stone-based fortune-telling method called lithomancy, demonstrating a high degree of predictive accuracy.

Background

Deeply attached to her homeland's culture, Aliya brought livestock—including chickens, a yak, and a goat named Tico—to live at the Earth House. Following Suletta Mercury's arrival, she assisted with mobile suit maintenance and took on operator duties after joining GUND-ARM Inc. Having endured the conflict at Plant Queta and civil unrest at school, she supported relief operations before completing her studies.

Relationships

Aliya lives and works closely with her fellow Earth House members, including Martin Upment, Nika Nanaura, Chuatury Panlunch, Nuno Kargan, Till Nys, Ojelo Gabel, and Lilique Kadoka Lipati, while supporting Suletta Mercury and Miorine Rembran.

Trivia

Her student ID number at the academy is KM237. Her name was once referenced in a hypothetical company concept during an official radio show segment, and she is known to serve milk soup prepared from her goat, Tico.
