After surviving harsh conditions in the CGS Third Division, Norba Shino helped form Tekkadan. Piloting the Graze Custom II, he engaged in repeated clashes with Ein Dalton over the suit, suffering near-fatal injuries during the battle in Edmonton before surviving. Following Tekkadan's reorganization, he led the Ryusei Unit and trained new members. In the battle against the Arianrhod Fleet, he mounted a desperate assault in the Gundam Flauros loaded with a Dainsleif targeting the enemy flagship, but enemy interference deflected his shot, resulting in his suit's destruction under concentrated fire.
Relationships
Norba Shino maintains a close bond with fellow veteran Eugene Sevenstark. Mikazuki Augus began calling him by his surname "Shino" due to its similarity to former president Maruba Arkay's name. He shares a deep relationship with mechanic Yamagi Gilmerton; Shino became aware of Yamagi's special feelings for him prior to his final battle.
